Hi, I’m Ashley!

My passion is the planet - protecting it, learning about it, exploring it, conserving it. And I do that through creative, engaging and clever filmmaking. I’ve been editing, producing, and hosting content related to Mother Earth for the last eight years and know the power media can have. I strongly believe that creative media of any form can help protect and conserve the planet. 

I have a Bachelor’s in Animal Behavior, Ecology and Conservation from Canisius College and a Master's in Film and Video from American University. I combine my passion for wildlife and our planet with storytelling and visual media to educate and inspire the next generation. My projects typically combine science, education, and a little splash of humor. I am comfortable scripting an educational piece, working behind the camera, editing a short doc, or even hosting a live event.

And yes, that is my dog heavily featured on my home page. His name is Olly.
